Who is eXp Realty?

eXp Realty is a nationwide real estate firm started in 2009 by former top producing team leader from Keller Williams- Glenn Sanford. eXp is a cloud-based, technology-driven firm with 14,000 agents operating in all 50 states. According to numerous real estate publications, eXp Realty is one of the most innovative and fastest growing firms in the United States. eXp is publicly traded on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and its agents are shareholders in the company.

Are you considered a discount brokerage?

Not at all. I provide full fiduciary service to my clients. Many think that because my price is lower, my services are lower. That is simply not the case. You get the same service you would expect from any other traditional, full commission agent. I believe that discounting your cost and discounting your value are two totally different things. I create something that I like to call ‘Value Innovation’. I'm often asked:

“How do you create value for people if you don’t charge a full 3% to list my home?”
"If you don’t charge 3% on the seller’s side, are you considered a discount brokerage?”

My goal is to reduce costs for my clients and increase the value I provide for them. So, whenever I reduce commission fees, this automatically increases the value I provide, and gives my clients the opportunity to retain as much of their home equity as possible.

Can Laura help me buy a home too?

Yes, I would love to help! If you are out of town, don't worry. As soon as a suitable homes comes on the market, I offer video tours of each property that meet my out of town client's criteria. Take a look at my Buyer's page for more details.

Are you a local firm?

While eXp Realty is based on the west coast, all agents work in the “cloud” where we can access all the training, tools, marketing and transaction support we need from wherever we may be. There is also a local, first-class office suite with a beautiful conference room. Lastly, I have a convenient office location at 3401 Mallory Lane, Suite 100, Franklin, TN 37067. Can you just list my home in MLS and let me handle the rest?

I get this question often. While I offered a limited service in the beginning, this is no longer something I can offer. I discovered that buyers agents do not like having to track down and work directly with a seller who is not trained to handle contracts and sort out details for complex transactions. It is for this reason, sellers doing a 'For Sale By Owner' often do not have success in selling. If this is the service you are seeking, you will not have trouble finding it. All of my listings are 'Full Service'.

My friend told me I need to hire a big firm to get my house sold?

I love hearing this one! There are many great companies and hundreds of great agents serving this market. Each agent within any firm has a different level of experience and a different approach to marketing and customer service. You may contact ABC Realty and be pleased to have a great experience with their top agent. You may also call this same firm and get terrible service from an inexperienced agent new to the industry.

We all use the exact same MLS platform as the main tool to market your home. I provide numerous other tools to help you sell quickly. My results speak for themselves. It comes down to finding an agent you trust and who has the experience to do the job for you. I feel confident saying that I believe and provide the absolute best blend of experience and attractive, fair fees. This defines value!
